By installing a larger Blow Off Valve with a larger venturi, these components will help correct any excess pressure being built against the turbo impeller blades that can eventually stop the turbo from spinning. This is called Compressor Surge and when eliminated, the turbo will spool faster, be more efficient and durable over time.

The Active Autowerke BOV system for the 335i and E60 535i is engineered to exceed the performance of the turbo in stock and upgraded power levels. This is the same valve as used on the mighty Active Autowerke E36 600+ HP turbos of past and 500+ HP Active Autowerke E46 M3 supercharger system and is a tried, true, tested unit that has withstood the rigors of 20+ psi of boost.

This BOV system will give you the added protection of any compressor surge your BMW will have especially with the increased boost levels as used on our performance package. It has a specially designed venturi to properly vent off the boost spike while delivering a nice sound .

The unique plug and play "fit everytime with accuracy" engineered parts will give you that finished factory type look that Active Autowerke is known for.

This blow off valve features:

• NO compressor surge
• Larger openings to handle MORE boost
• Larger all aluminum venturi design with factory style throttle clamp
• A larger, single displacement Blow Off Valve that replaces the two smaller plastic valves.
