Mason Engineering aluminum front strut tower brace for the BMW Z3. Fits all 6 cyl. Z3 models including the coupe and ///M cars.

We consider these the best strut tower braces for your BMW. Hand made in California, these all-aluminum one piece bars are 100% functional while still providing a eye-catching look under your hood. These bars connect the strut housings together to further increase the rigidity of your BMW's chassis. If your BMW has the added load of a stiff suspension and summer tires, these bars will keep your front suspension from flexing and aid in a better tire contact patch for better grip.

The advantage of aluminum is it is light, and non-magnetic. This means that electrical disturbances are reduced, and it resists corrosion. In its natural state, aluminum has a clean appearance and absorbs impact loads without permanently deforming as aluminum has a high modulus of elasticity. Additionally Aluminum has a 45k PSI tensile strength. It is one third the weight of carbon steel and stainless steel, and is twice as strong in a compression load situation.
