CARR Industries Online Shipping Policy

CARR Industries Online is proud to offer FedEx shipping services. We will help our customers anyway we can by providing tracking numbers and assistance in the unlikely event a package is lost. FedEx will not ship to a PO box. Use the USPS option to ship to a PO box or call us for details. Please note orders placed after 3:00pm est may not ship till the next business day. (i.e. If you choose next day air after 3:00pm est, your package may not ship until the next business day, making the shipment a two day delivery)

CARR Industries Online Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your refund or credit upon receipt of the items. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to CARR Industries in good condition for a refund or credit to be given. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. If the product is defective upon receipt, contact us immediately. CARR Industries will pay ground shipping charges on defective items returned to us.

CARR Industries Inc In Shop Repairs Policy/Warranty

Warranty on parts/labor is one year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. No warranty on wear items. Warranty work must be performed in our shop & cannot exceed original cost of repair.
